These terms govern your use of the Westwood website. By browsing the site you accept them. They are separate from the terms that apply when you buy something those are in our Terms & Conditions.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly through our contact page if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Please do not share your account with others.

Content You Submit

You are responsible for anything you submit — a product review, a question, a photograph attached to a message. By submitting it you confirm it is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights, and you allow us to use it in connection with our business, including displaying a review on the relevant product page.

We may edit, decline or remove submitted content, and we may remove a review that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or not a genuine account of a purchase.

Intellectual Property

The Westwood name and logo, our product designs, photography, text, layout and site code belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Third-Party Links

Some pages link to sites we do not run — payment providers, courier tracking, social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their terms before you use them.

Availability of the Site

We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it — including removing products or features — without notice, for maintenance or for any other reason.
