These terms apply when you buy from Westwood. Please read them before you order placing an order means you accept them. For the rules covering use of the website itself, see our Terms of Use.

Who We Are

Westwood designs and manufactures modern Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) furniture in Pakistan and has done since 2016. You can read more about us.

Your Account

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

Product Information

We describe our furniture as accurately as we can. Please allow for the following:

• Dimensions are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Measure your space against the stated dimensions before ordering.
• Colour varies between screens. A finish can look different on your monitor or phone than it does in a room.
• Wood grain and natural variation mean no two pieces are identical. This is a property of the material, not a defect.
• Images are illustrative. Styling props shown in a photograph are not included unless the description says so.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Stock is not reserved until an order is placed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, or is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you if that happens.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, it is not our acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order.

We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address, or where we cannot deliver to your location.

Delivery

Shipping is free on every order and standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Full details, including what to check on arrival, are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy. How refunds are issued is covered in our Refund Policy.

Warranty

Westwood furniture is covered by a 1-year Part Replacement warranty on all parts from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects, including faulty materials, failed joints and defective hardware.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear, fading, or minor marks from everyday use
• damage from misuse, accident, or loading an item beyond the weight limit in its instructions
• damage from incorrect assembly, or from modifying, drilling, cutting or refinishing an item
• damage from exposure to damp, standing water or prolonged direct sunlight
• items used commercially, unless bought as a trade order

To make a claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs. Where a claim is valid we will supply a replacement part, replace the item, or refund it, at our discretion.

Assembly and Safe Use

Our furniture arrives flat-packed with instructions and hardware included. Please assemble it as instructed and observe any weight limits.

Tall items such as bookcases, shelving units and cupboards must be secured to a wall using the fixings supplied where the instructions call for it. This prevents tipping and matters especially in a home with children. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by an item that was not assembled or secured as instructed.

Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Intellectual Property

The Westwood name, our product designs, photography, text and site content belong to us or to our licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, transport disruption, industrial action, power or network failure, or a government restriction. Where such an event causes a substantial delay, you may cancel the affected order and we will refund you in full.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order.
