1. Materials & Quality

What materials do you use in Westwood furniture?

We use three high-quality materials to build strong, long-lasting furniture:

• Heavy-Duty Carbon Steel: Thick metal frames that do not bend, wobble, or shake.
• High-Density MDF Wood: Smooth, dense engineered wood with a tough melamine surface. It is scratch-resistant, water-resistant, and easy to wipe clean.
• Seasoned Solid Wood: 100% natural pure wood that is treated against termites and moisture before crafting.

How do you coat and protect the metal frames?

We do not use cheap spray paint. All our steel frames are coated using modern electrostatic powder coating machines. The paint is baked onto the metal in a high-temperature industrial oven. This makes the metal smooth, rust-proof, scratch-proof, and chip-resistant, even in humid weather like Karachi or during monsoon.

What is the difference between MDF Wood and Solid Wood?

Both are strong and long-lasting, but we use them for different purposes:

• MDF Wood: Best for modern flat surfaces like computer study desks, multi-tier bookshelves, kitchen islands, and shoe storage cabinets. It never bends, warps, or cracks with seasonal temperature changes.
• Solid Wood: Best for classic accent pieces, entryway benches, dining table frames, and heavy legs where natural wood grain and pure solid timber are desired.

2. Product Sizes & Dimensions

How do I check the exact size and dimensions of a product?

Every product page on our website has a dedicated Dimensions & Weights section located directly below the main pictures. There you will find:

• Exact Height, Width, and Depth in both inches and centimeters.
• Shelf clearances and drawer sizes (so you know what items fit inside).
• Product weight and total load capacity (in kilograms).

We recommend using a measuring tape to measure your room space and doorways before placing your order so you know it fits perfectly.

For extendable or adjustable furniture, what is the size when fully extended?

For extendable coffee table and height-adjustable standing desks, you can easily find both the compact size and the fully extended size directly on the product page:

• Check the Dimensions & Weights tab: Click the Dimensions & Weights section below the product photos to view the exact drawing with measurements for both compact and fully extended sizes (in inches and cm).
• Check the Product Highlights: The top bullet point in the description clearly lists the adjustment or extension range.
• Check the Photo Gallery: The 3rd or 4th image in the photo slider shows a measurement diagram comparing the closed and fully opened sizes.

3. Custom Designs & Made-to-Order Furniture

Can you make a custom design if I send you a picture?

Yes, absolutely! If you have a picture of a furniture design you found on Pinterest, Instagram, Google, or any other website, send it to us. Our master craftsmen can manufacture the exact piece for you to your required dimensions, colors, and materials.

How do I place a custom order?

Placing a custom order is simple:

• Take a screenshot or photo of the design you like.
• Send it to us on WhatsApp or through our Contact Us page.
• Tell us your desired size (Length, Width, Height) and choice of colors.
• We will give you an exact price quote and start crafting once confirmed!

How long does custom furniture take to make?

Custom orders usually take 07 to 12 working days to build, finish, quality-check, and pack before shipping.

4. Giving Back to Nature (Planting Trees)

Do you really plant a tree for every furniture order?

Yes! For every single order placed on Westwood, we plant one tree in Pakistan in partnership with the Minhaj Welfare Foundation. When you furnish your home with Westwood, you are also helping reforest Pakistan and protect our environment for future generations.

5. Delivery & Shipping in Pakistan

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we ship nationwide to all cities and towns, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Gurjat, Sarghoda, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Quetta, and beyond.

Is delivery free?

We offer Free Delivery on all orders over Rs. 7,000 anywhere in Pakistan. For smaller orders under Rs. 7,000, standard courier charges are shown clearly during checkout.

How many days does delivery take?

In-stock items are dispatched from our workshop within 24 to 48 hours:

• Lahore, Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 2 to 4 business days.
• Karachi & Central/Southern Punjab: 4 to 6 business days.
• KPK, Balochistan & Remote Cities: 5 to 8 business days.

Will my furniture arrive safe without transit damage?

Yes. Furniture damage during courier transit is a common issue in Pakistan, so we use extra-thick protective packaging: heavy corner impact guards, thick bubble/foam wrap, and rigid 5-ply corrugated cardboard boxes. If any courier does damage a piece in transit, we will replace the part immediately at no cost to you.

6. Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We provide two simple payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash at your doorstep when your parcel arrives. Available nationwide on all standard items.
• Online Bank Transfer: Pay directly from your easypaisa mobile app. When you pay online, you get an extra 5% discount instantly!

Do custom orders require an advance payment?

Yes. Because custom orders are made specially for your home and cannot be resold, we require a small 30% to 50% advance token deposit to start making the item. The remaining balance is paid when the item is ready or via Cash on Delivery.

Do you offer any discounts for new customers?

Yes! New customers get an automatic 10% OFF on their first order. When combined with our 5% online payment discount, you enjoy a double discount on your purchase.

7. Warranty, Assembly & Support

Does Westwood furniture have a warranty?

Yes. All Westwood furniture includes an authentic 1-Year Limited Parts Replacement Warranty. If any part, screw, weld, or metal frame has a manufacturing issue or defect within 1 year, we send you a brand-new replacement part for free.

Will my furniture be delivered assembled or in parts?

Most products are delivered in parts safely packed inside one single delivery box. This protects the furniture from scratches and transit damage during courier shipping, and makes it easy to carry inside your home or upstairs.

• Easy Assembly: Each package includes printed, step-by-step assembly instructions with numbered parts, screws, and tools. Most pieces can be assembled in 20 to 30 minutes with a simple screwdriver.
• Pre-Assembled Option for Smaller Items: If you are ordering a smaller item and prefer it pre-assembled, you can request pre-assembled delivery by messaging us on WhatsApp. Availability depends on the product size and your delivery city/location.

What if an item arrives with a damaged or missing part?

Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is scratched, missing, or damaged in transit, simply send photos to our WhatsApp support within 48 hours. We will send you a replacement part right away. Read our Return Policy for full details.
